Everyone enjoys being part of their Shelton Super Circle. Pupils meet in small groups three times a week for a check-in, check-up and check-out. These sessions include fun, engaging activities alongside meaningful discussions about a range of important topics.
Super Circles have a powerful impact across the school. They help to build strong relationships and a real sense of belonging, support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, and lead to improved behaviour with fewer incidents. They also enable early identification of any mental health, learning or safeguarding needs, while developing pupil voice and confidence.
Shelton Super Circles are at the heart of what we do, helping every child to feel safe, connected and understood.
